Alcohol and Drug Technician (PHP Program)
Job Description:
The ADT (Alcohol and Drug Technician) provides direct, non‑clinical support to patients enrolled in a Substance Use and Mental Health PHP. The ADT plays a critical role in maintaining a safe, structured, trauma‑informed environment, reinforcing therapeutic interventions, supporting recovery‑oriented behaviors, and ensuring program flow throughout the treatment day.
The ADT serves as a frontline team member who observes patient behavior, promotes engagement, and communicates clinically relevant information to the multidisciplinary treatment team.
